Geoffrey Castle, electric violinist, (pictured here with the cowboy hat on) is the founder of the Guarneri Underground, with a resume that includes three years in a Broadway show, appearances with Jimmy Buffett, Buddy Miles, Alice in Chains, Ann and Nancy Wilson, international tours with world rockers Children of the Revolution, and a slew of CD credits, also happens to live in Kirkland, and he likes beer. Which might explain why he looks forward to coming down to Hector's on the last Wednesday of every month! To help him rock the house, he called up some folks - including Mark Cardenas (Purple Rain, Morris Day & the Time), Davee C. (Eek-a-mouse), Lennox Holness (from Jamaica) and Adrian Xavier - to create a sound that is a mix of Celtic Rock, Classic Rock, Reggae, and everything in between. We guarantee you've never heard a band like this! Check him out at: www.geoffreycastle.com

Half-Pack LIVE!!! is the Northwest's Premier Rat Pack revue and has returned the sparkle of "performance" entertainment to audiences throughout the region. Think Las Vegas - Dean Martin and Sinatra at the Sands back in the early 50's. All the glamour and bounce, swing and style of that marvelous era with the songs we'll remember forever. Mark Haynie and Troy Kline bring veteran vocal talents and humor to the evening and are supported by the All-Star musical cast of Steve Rice, Osama Afifi and Ed Littlefield. This isn't a run-of-the-mill jazz band, rather the equivalent of "rock stars" in the jazz community. If you love great performances, dancing with a little swing, laughter and fun, fun, fun. You don't want to miss this rare Kirkland appearance of Half-Pack LIVE!!! http://myspace.com/halfpacklive | |

All former “full time” professional musicians, Marc, Bob, Mark and Woody have a combined musical experience of 170 years. The Hectones are unique in that they use a Hammond B-3 organ and they all sing. This makes for a “fat” sound and rich harmonies. They also have a Varity of musical guests show up to lend a hand with all the fun.
